We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located near the beautiful Epping Forest. The location was perfect for us as it was on the outskirts of London, offering a peaceful setting. We enjoyed being close to a few nice restaurants where we could grab a bite to eat. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and provided helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent selection of options. we had a positive experience with this hotel.
It is disconcerting to hear about incidents where other guests had issues with their room keys.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, surrounded by peaceful woodlands. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in wassuper clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast was acceptable and on par with similar hotels. The location was convenient, with close proximity to a few nice restaurants in the area, as well as being near the forest and a tube station.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently had a short stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by several positive aspects. the location is fantastic as it is set in a beautiful area of forest, making it a lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable double bed and the warm heating , exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the option to have breakfast included in the rate was a great value for money.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory, with no areas for improvement.
